Students are required to take 4 years of English/Humanities. College entrance requirements for English differ, and what is accepted as English credit by one college may not be accepted by another. It is imperative, therefore, that students and parents check college catalogs to be sure that the courses they choose will meet the English requirement of the college or university of their choice. See the individual course listing for a brief description of the classes.
